Trampoline TRIM Photo and Video Release Form
This Photo/Video Release Form ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Trampoline
TRIM LLC, a business organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and the
undersigned participant ("Participant"). This Agreement pertains to the use of photographic,
audio, and video content taken of the Participant during their activities with Trampoline TRIM
LLC.
By signing this Agreement, the Participant (or the Participant’s parent/legal guardian, if
applicable) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Grant of Rights
The Participant hereby irrevocably grants to Trampoline TRIM LLC and its representatives,
employees, agents, successors, and assigns, the right to take, record, use, reproduce,
distribute, and publicly display photographs, video footage, and/or audio recordings (collectively,
"Media") that may be captured during the Participant’s activities with Trampoline TRIM LLC,
including but not limited to events, classes, and promotional activities, without further approval
or compensation.
2. Use of Media
The Participant understands and agrees that the Media may be used in, but not limited to, the
following:
● Social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing materials
● Promotional videos, advertisements, and educational content
● Printed materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters
● Any other media now known or hereafter devised for commercial, educational, or
promotional purposes.
3. No Compensation
The Participant understands that they will not receive any monetary compensation, royalties, or
any other form of payment for the use of the Media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Waiver of Rights
The Participant hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the Media before its use.
Additionally, the Participant waives any right to seek legal action or financial remuneration for
the use of the Media, even if the Media is used in ways not anticipated by this Agreement.
5. Release of Liability
The Participant (or the Participant's parent/legal guardian, if applicable) hereby releases,
discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Trampoline TRIM LLC and its affiliates, directors,
employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of
action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including but not limited to any
claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of publicity rights.
6. California Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding under
this Agreement shall take place in a state or federal court located in Los Angeles, California.
7. Participant's Consent
By signing below, the Participant (or the Participant’s parent/legal guardian, if applicable)
acknowledges that they have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this
Photo/Video Release Agreement. This consent is given in full knowledge and understanding of
its implications.
8. Minor Participants (if applicable)
If the Participant is under the age of 18, the signature of a parent or legal guardian is required
below. The parent or legal guardian agrees to the terms of this release on behalf of the minor.
